Used for 2005 Ford F150 with 4.6L engine. With a blown #3 spark plug it worked perfectly. Make sure the piston is at bottom dead center. To determine this I used a large plastic plug that appeared to be stuck in the spark plug tube and had a small gasket. I crawled under the truck and turned the engine over, which seemed like an eternity because it is difficult but possible to get at the crank pins with the suspension and housing. When both valves in the engine are closed and the piston at the bottom is ready to rise, this plug pops out loudly. The faucet is easy to use. Fill the ends of the tap flutes with chip catcher grease. Twist 4.5 turns, pull out the faucet and clean. Run 4.5 new turns, remove and clean. Rinse Repeat rinse. Don't over-tighten or you'll get more metal into the cylinders. When you're done, use compressed air to blow it out. I sprayed some carb cleaner to get rid of the grease. I used the insert with the longest thread. I carefully and lightly coated the new spark plug with anti-seize paste and applied red Permatex 27200 threadlocker to the outside of the liner. I screwed the whole thing into the cylinder very carefully. I was patient and waited 45 minutes before starting. It's been running for a month now. I recommend this over the $100 people say you have to spend on superfood tools. I just don't recommend people to buy old Ford trucks with one of these engines! The inconveniences were terrible and exploring was difficult. Just saw a review here on Revain that explained it the way I did. So I share the process too. Takes about an hour and a half, constantly up and down on the truck. Maybe 12 times to clean the hole and then reassemble.
