Review on 🚪 Prime-Line Products N 6847 Pocket Door Roller Assembly - Durable Flat Plastic Wheels on Steel Bracket (Pack of 2) by Carl Watkins

These washers were purchased to replace the kit that came with the door. I was concerned even before the installation. The wheels were "sloppy" with poor tolerances. After installation, I found that the wheels weren't enough to (1) support the weight of the door, about 50 pounds, or (2) slide easily. The gate required significantly more force to open and close, and rolled as if sand were in the rails. Overall I think the quality of the wheels is not up to standard. My suggestion: if you need to replace the wheels on your current door, find the manufacturer and buy a replacement kit. If they are going to be used on a new door, think twice before buying them. They simply will NOT do the job.
