It is easy to use, has a clean interface, and is very customizable. It's also great for tracking referrals and communicating with clients. We've been able to implement VetTools into our daily workflow without any issues. The biggest issue we have with VetTools is the lack of communication from VetTools about new updates or improvements they are making. They don't seem to update us often enough, but when they do, it's usually just an alert that there was an update, not much information about what's changed. I highly recommend using VetTools if you're looking to improve the way you communicate with your clients. They help organize all of our communication in one place by allowing us to create custom fields to store info about our patients, appointments, etc. We can now easily access this important information at any time via VetTools.
