In January I wanted to start streaming on Twitch but didn't want to make a big financial investment as I was just starting out. I found this MCY capture card as a cheaper Elgato alternative and it turned out to be really good. For about 1/3 the price, this card does exactly what I need. The picture quality is good, the sound quality is good and it works well. However, it's not perfect for the following reasons: sometimes when it's connected to my computer, I can't hear any sound from my console (PS4) and I have to reconnect the USB stick several times in order for the card to work too in some places hot, and I believe this affects the quality of the video - No software is supplied (like Elgato) to allow you to adjust various aspects of the device such as picture, sound, etc. This capture card was very easy to set up and has lasted 11 months for me with a little headache.
