Do not purchase for baking, poor quality.
Poor Quality. Black coating flaking off after first use. Bought to bake bacon in oven and black coating stuck to the food. Threw the bacon out. No way I’ll feed the family paint/chemicals. Rusting/flaking after first hand wash with just a sponge & soap/water.
Pros
- Very sturdy wire racks. Love them.
Cons
- Due to its wire construction, the cooling rack can be difficult to clean thoroughly, with crumbs and debris getting stuck in the crevices, posing a potential health hazard if not properly sanitized
