Product exactly as described and arrived in good condition. However, I have found that the smooth metal finish makes it difficult to grip the pins and needles that are inside. I mainly use 10 and 12 gauge hand sewing needles, which are relatively small and thin. When they are flat they stick very well. So good that trying to pick it up results in you having to push the pin until you can twist it into a corner to "roll" it far enough to be grabbed. It may be easier if you have long and/or thin nails or use large needles. I might try making a thin pad on the bottom so I can grab the needles when they're in the case.
