I like that we are able to pull our historical sales information as well as our current month's actuals for comparison purposes. It has been very helpful so far with being able to see what was sold last quarter versus this year. The fact that it also shows previous months helps us keep an eye out for trends throughout the year compared to past years. My only complaint would be how difficult it is to use when comparing two different periods of time (i.e., Q1 vs. Q2). This makes it hard because there isn't always a way to compare them side by side unless you go back 1 or 2 quarters at a time. Also, having multiple tabs open might not help if you want to quickly find something within each tab. If you have the ability to do comparisons between several different periods/dates then I think you'll benefit greatly. Using the tool has helped me learn more about my customers' purchasing habits which leads to better customer service.
