Great Software Helps Everyone Collaborate

The dashboard has been very helpful for our team as we've used it daily since its launch. I like that the dashboard includes several different views so that we are able to quickly see what's going on with each feature. This makes it easier than ever before when working together to keep up with changes. It would be nice if there were more ways to customize the dashboard to fit our needs. There isn't much room at this time but maybe they could add some options? That being said, I think their…

Great tracking tool with seamless integration with Google Analytics

The best thing about this software was that I could easily integrate my Google Analytics account with their system as well! It's very simple for anyone who has basic knowledge regarding analytics or even just regular coding skills (like me). There were some minor bugs here & there but nothing too major - they quickly got fixed by themselfs once we reported those problems via support ticketing section provided within website itself!! Mobile Connect is extremely useful and easy to use

The ability for my team members across our organization who are working together daily at different locations around North America have continued access as needed when using mobile devices or out side their office via VPNs! This has been by far what I would say was most helpful with this program we utilize every day during business hours!! Fast, helpful, and attentive support staff that is always ready to help.

I love how quick our team was able to collect analytics for a couple different products. The interface makes collecting information about users very simple! A few minor bugs here or there but nothing major that wasn't fixed after contact with their support staff. If they can keep up this level of service throughout 2020, we are going to be blown away by what these guys deliver next year. The dashboard has been very useful for understanding our customers' behavior with my products - I've always known where they are at any given time but now we know how many people use which features or have problems using them! Great Tool For Understanding Customer Behavior

I like that we are able to pull our historical sales information as well as our current month's actuals for comparison purposes. It has been very helpful so far with being able to see what was sold last quarter versus this year. The fact that it also shows previous months helps us keep an eye out for trends throughout the year compared to past years. My only complaint would be how difficult it is to use when comparing two different periods of time (i.e., Q1 vs. Q2). This makes it hard because…
