I love how quick our team was able to collect analytics for a couple different products. The interface makes collecting information about users very simple! A few minor bugs here or there but nothing major that wasn't fixed after contact with their support staff. If they can keep up this level of service throughout 2020, we are going to be blown away by what these guys deliver next year. Collecting customer feedback right now so we don’t have to spend time looking at historical reports later down the road will save us tons of time once everything kicks back online again (hopefully). It's been great using them thus far; if anything comes out during COVID-19 and/or with continued lockdowns they're always willing to help if something happens to go wrong when trying to run an analysis. Great communication has also made sure everyone knows where to reach people should any questions arise.
