I like that it's easy enough my office manager can use without any training, but also has complex functions which require more expertise (such as creating plans).

Building tools are good if you need them when dealing in real estate - not so great otherwise! We needed something simple we could share easily between our offices instead having individual apps set up specifically just because one person was handling each deal or project at their location/office etc., this solved those issues perfectly well while remaining user friendly even though most people aren't super tech savvy themselves.- Easy navigation- Simple layout makes sharing information across locations very efficient & effortless.
