I use it every day. The price is comparable to what I can buy it for at Lowe's. Southwire has worked for me. As someone who swears by Fluke multimeters, I changed my mind. Since their quality is recognized by the electronics industry, I'm sure their price is likely to go up. Right now I'm thankful for a quality meter that most of us can afford. Obviously there are many gauges designed for specific jobs. Southwire will continue to develop its brand. Soon I expect them to raise their prices to the level of chance, field pattern, ideal etc. Invest now and save some money. I use this on everything from HVAC systems to industrial motors, pumps and general maintenance. Even lent it to an electrical engineer when he wasn't working.
