I have in-ear hearing aids and can't use Bluetooth headphones, so I prefer simple wired overhead headsets (double headphones). It's good quality, clear sound and works well with my hearing aid. The cable is flexible, the plug-to-head connection is quite reliable. The volume control and the button that answers/hangs up the call and also starts/stops audio player are sometimes hard to find, especially with gloved hands. In general I am satisfied with the headphones that I recommend. Way better than the stuff sold like the Walmarts of the world, that's for sure.
