Dangerous and harmful!

This is my first time writing a review but I feel the need to WARN parents! I ordered this scooter and had to send it back because the handle doesn't attach well to the base. It seems to snap into place, but when I pull hard it flies out. I thought it was a defect or an accident, but when I replaced it, the same problem appeared. The company has no customer service even to warn them of a faulty product.
