The chain looks very nice live. It's not good to get broken. Will the replacement I ordered be better? The red bag pictured is NOT a problem - this bag was folded in half (top left to right in the photo) to fit in the box, but there was only a pillow in the box which I used as a background for the photo have. In the box, which I thought was too small, the necklace was packed in a sealed plastic bag, which was definitely too small. If you tear the middle part of the necklace in half, the pouch is enough for two halves of the necklace. The photo shows the location of the breakage of the weld; thread still attached will not withstand much handling. This one should be back, but I won't hold my breath that the next one will be better. However, some reviewers said they found an undamaged necklace, so maybe I'm in luck. It's better for seller to check the goods before shipping to customers and put the necklace in a long necklace box for them to make necklace boxes. Editing my review after receiving a replacement necklace: The second necklace arrived FAST and was NOT broken. It was still in a very small bag (photo measuring tape) but this time in a resealable plastic bag instead of a plastic bag. If that means the seller checked the necklace before shipping to make sure it wasn't damaged, then that's excellent and fitting. The necklace is very pretty and now I have one to wear.
