This is just what I needed
I have a few framed pictures of various sizes and weights and bought them to hang. I can't confirm they can hold 20 pounds, but I've had no trouble using them to hang a variety of sizes and weights. Each one is individually wrapped, which is very convenient. If I hang two things, I just take two bags and have everything I need to work. They came in a large zippered bag.
