As my tests showed, this is nothing but a shoddy piece of pet supplies. The Christmas collar bowtie collars breakaway with a harnesses & leashes are not only too fragile, they look flimsy too. The weave has gaping holes, which are hazardous to kitties. The only pro is that the bells ring cheerfully on the collar, but any gloomy tomcat would hardly come out wearing this cheap rubbish. Stick to sturdier collars instead.
