Review on 🚗 2005-2008 Nissan Pathfinder Window Master Switch by SWITCHDOCTOR by Chris Thrower

Ordered last March. After about 2 weeks of installation, the switch was almost completely unusable. I contacted the seller and he sent me a replacement. About a month later this switch started working again (passenger door stopped closing/opening, passenger side glass stopped working). I called them again and this time they didn't answer. After numerous attempts to correct this both through their Revain form and directly to them, it became quite obvious that they would not be responding this time. At this point (almost a year later) all 3 passenger windows no longer work, the door locks slam (I never know if the car is actually locked when I lock it) and the tailgate no longer works because I can door or Windows generally do not unlock. It opens almost "halfway", so the door opens halfway (which is also dangerous), and I'm struggling to close it. It looks like there are instances where the switch works for some people but not for many others. Obviously I'm in the "many others" category. Unfortunately they do not support their product (after the first exchange). If they had just admitted it wouldn't work and offered credit I wouldn't be writing this review right now. (I don't like writing negative reviews) Unfortunately I wasted my time trying to resolve the issue directly with them so I also missed my window with Revain for a refund. Now I'm forced to just buy the factory version, which, of course, is much more expensive, but if it works, it's worth it. At least the factory version will most likely have a support system if I run into any problems.
