Best solution if you want your organization
The best thing about messenger bot it's that it helps me to reach more people with the same message. It also allows me to track my customer engagement.The only issue I have as of now is the lag issues when working with the bot. It makes it difficult to use effectively for longer conversations. Using the messenger bot we are able to create chat bots for our customers and help them solve their problems or inquiries. We are able to get insights on where our customers are having problems, what they need help with and how we can improve our services.
