Perfect for my 1991 Mazda Miata (with automatic transmission of course). After the pan was removed and cleaned I used Permatex to create a seal. While it works great. On the Miata, you have to jack it up or drive up a ramp to get to this pan. It's worth noting that it has more bolts than most gear pans (some of which are simply held in place by gravity). While you work on this, make sure you have a couple of cups to keep track of the outer and inner bolt rings.
