For the price, this Y-splitter can't be beat... The cable does a great job. I have three of these guys and so far you can even get phantom power from one input to two mics (I've successfully powered 2 AKG C1000's) if you double the voltage (I have an H6 zoom for example and I can set the voltage to 48 change to 92 or anything over 48 volts!) - but for unamplified mics, which is pretty much anything but condenser mics and fancy ribbon mics, this works amazingly...on one channel and then my two et mals on the other and I ride them hard from left to right. I use a different one for my two traps! I also use the H6 module, which gives you two extra XLR inputs, allowing me to consolidate my entire kit into one small, handy, portable unit. If you are an audio engineer or just a drummer looking to increase your contribution, buy as many as you can! You will not regret it ;)
