No problem with my AER portable acoustic amp as it only has a vocal mic input. I used this to connect two vocal mics and it worked fine.

I hooked up my old mixer to a Focusrite DAC that only has an XLR input, so I didn't want to go mono by converting all the audio to L or R, ie i received this product. The sound quality is excellent and I highly recommend it for these specific needs.

I needed this "Y-cable" to connect the main left and right outputs of my Mackie mixer to my new Bose L1 1S system which has a balanced/unbalanced line input socket. It's reliable, clean, tidy and does exactly what I need it to! GRATITUDE!

I bought this mic to have a second mic for home jams. Works flawlessly. I was able to connect two mics to one XLR input so another person could sing along with me at jam sessions. Remember, you only have one input level control, so you don't want to use it for performing or recording. But it works well for informal jam sessions.

When I try to plug splitters into my interface, only a female head (that plugs in first) works. The second will not work. I don't know if it's a defect or not, but what's the point of getting a splitter if you still only have one end that works? You shouldn't come back. I just go to the local music store to get my gear. So KNOW it works! DISAPPOINTED.

For the price, this Y-splitter can't be beat... The cable does a great job. I have three of these guys and so far you can even get phantom power from one input to two mics (I've successfully powered 2 AKG C1000's) if you double the voltage (I have an H6 zoom for example and I can set the voltage to 48 change to 92 or anything over 48 volts!) - but for unamplified mics, which is pretty much anything but condenser mics and fancy ribbon mics, this works amazingly...on one channel and then my two…
