To be clear I have NO complaints about the quality of the chair. I am leaving this review as a warning to people who may be looking for seat saddles to relieve their pain while sitting. The pressure points just shift to other places (pelvic back/groin) and I think women feel more comfortable in this chair than men. I almost feel like the saddle is too big, but a smaller saddle will likely increase pelvic pressure, so I just don't think for my height/weight (195lbs) this is the right solution for me. UPDATE: It won't. I recommend this type of chair as an online purchase. I thought twice about sending it back, but I don't think it fits in the box.
