I like that you can get things done quickly with this software. There are several features which make it easy to use but they haven't been updated in years so some of them aren’t as useful anymore (such as custom reports). It doesn‘t have any CRM function either. This is great if your client base isn‚Äôs not too large or diverse because then everything just kinda runs together without much thought required from anyone involved. We primarily work within our own industry though we occasionally do projects outside its limits such as working at an agency where clients vary significantly across industries/levels etc., especially when dealing with larger companies who require more documentation than usual before engaging us further. Having all their information available online helps avoid miscommunication between team members or having everyone run around trying figure out what each other know about certain topics.
