Review on 💡 Dimmable Daylight Recessed Downlight by TORCHSTAR by Ken Reiff

I have bought 16 of these lights (4 at a time) in the last 4.5 years. I liked that the lamps are covered by a 5 year warranty. Two lamps from my last purchase in February 2019 failed in the first 1.5 years. I contacted the company's support team to request a 5 year warranty. I have asked for a replacement or credit. They stated that I first had to send the two defective devices back at my own expense. Since the first light went bad within the first 6 months I don't have it anymore. Who saves bad lightbulbs? It wasn't until the second light went out that I decided to ask for a replacement. I am very disappointed with the warranty and will be returning another order of 4 to Revain for delivery by USPS tomorrow. Thank goodness Revain's return policy is better than TorchStar's guarantee.
