I don't understand bad design!

You can see on the product picture that these pads have three rows. You can see in this picture that they are all made from the same microfiber material, but unfortunately this is NOT the case with the pads I received. Instead, one of the rows is shiny plastic that does absolutely NOTHING. It's plastic. Dust/dirt/pet hair cannot stick to it. So basically only 2/3 of the pads are doing anything. What the hell are they doing?!?! I really wish there was a better third-party option for these pads, but from what I've read, Braava doesn't work with non-iRobot pads. Come on, for the price, do better iRobot!
