I had no trouble installing it and got it right on the first try. It helped that I put the screen into cleaning mode first and the factory soft plastic film was still there until the last minute (honestly it shouldn't have been removed knowing what I know now!). After installing the screen, the drop in clarity was greater than I expected (and I was a little annoyed). Despite the perfect centering of the corners and sides, 2mm of material seems to be missing at the bottom, no matter which orientation you use the screen. This is because the screen is a perfect rectangle and the Model 3's touchscreen is slightly curved at the bottom.
