Having bought this in August 2019, I am trying to install it today (02/17/2020). In fact, this is the third cartridge I've bought this way. It won't install, and after comparing it to the previous one, which worked fine, I noticed that the spring that holds the plastic clasp in place is too short to be of any use. So I can't install it. It's terribly frustrating. I paid for something that cannot be recycled and that doesn't work. Hope the lifetime warranty is still good. Update: I emailed the seller and received a prompt refund for my purchase. I still don't know what to do with the broken cartridge, but at least you can buy a new one. Pretty good customer service, like I said!
