I'm a notorious person who runs my hands through my hair all day, so I hate products that I FEEL on my hair. This was the best styling product as it leaves just enough crunch to give some hold when air drying but not so much that I can feel the product on my hair after I've smoothed out the crunch. I just spray on my hair. Using a spray bottle, spray 2 quarters of a size into your hair (I split my hair in half to make sure it's evenly distributed), twist, spray for 5 minutes and crease as soon as possible it dries in the air (about an hour later). .
