Review on πŸ”§ Aluminum Alloy Matte Black Tailgate Table for Wrangler JK, JKU, TJ - Rear Foldable Back Shelf for Holding Drinks and Tools by Stuart Dunn

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Must be good with tools.

The table is good, basically a copy of other brands, functional and relatively easy to install if. First you need a 25/64 drill, and preferably with a focus on it. You will also need an allen wrench and a small pair of pliers, preferably a small wrench for tiny socket head screws. OK. I did this as I couldn't find a 25/64 drill bit that nobody had. Since I had a Tacklife rivet nut tool and lots of 1/4-20 wrenches, all I did was drill holes (I used a jig) down to a 1/4-20 nut and 1"-1/ 0.4 to use -20 flat head screws to fix the table to the tailgate. The remaining screws in the package are suitable for use with the table.Step 1- Stick the template after cutting along the perforated lines.Place make sure you line it up with the air vent on the right side of the liftgate (front view) Use a center punch to mark the locations for drilling _ Pre-drill the locations with a 1/8" bit BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DRILLING OR THEY WILL DAMAGE THE OUTSIDE OF THE REAR DOOR BY BENDING TOO DEEP After these holes are drilled you can put nuts in. Lie to him but if you do a lot of work with your truck you should have this This is a great tool Then build Assemble the table and set it up. Included in the kit are some very small Allen screws and nuts. Overall Rating: The table is well made, light weight and I put some weight on it to test it. It's rated at 75 pounds, but there's no reason on earth a table should ever be able to hold 75 pounds. Without the extra effort I would have given 5 stars. Since I had tools I personally think it's a 5. But for others I would give it a 3. If you're not good with tools or don't have tools, spend the extra $100 and buy a Teraflex or other table.
