I am making a costume that requires several bird skulls. If anyone needs an idea of how many decent sizes one box can make, here's a great example! My large skulls measure 3.5 x 8 x 1.5 inches. My smaller skulls measure 2.5" x 5.5" x 1". was able to get exactly 4 of each with a box of Smooth Cast. Unfortunately, that left me without 1 large skull, so I've got more on the way! In terms of ease of use this material is very easy to use I have used homemade silicone molds although I believe using their molding system would probably have been more effective as I had some porosity which required a lot of sanding I found that the Cleaning was also easier if I let the leftover mixture dry in my cups because it would flake off immediately.
