The fan is incredibly loud for its size. It can vibrate the whole bookshelf. The best fans cost more, but that thing sucks if you use it all the time. Of course, the header is an odd thing that you won't find anywhere else associated with a fan, so you'll need to buy a better, less noisy fan and hook up a cable to get a usable system. Or UCtronics could just put a fan on top of it, which isn't a loud piece of junk in the first place. The case is halfway through the fan upgrade. First one, and then another, of the little laser cut plastic tabs holding one of the ends in place snapped in place, so now that end won't hold up without the help of masking tape. All in all, it still works, but less than an excellent combination.
