Works for small screens but not perfect

I bought this unit to send a TV signal from our main entertainment center to a second TV in our kitchen. I used cheap Cat5e cable for the initial install and had disappointing results. The image was haloed and had flat colors. After replacing the cable with a better cag5e cable, the picture is significantly better, but still not perfect. The ghosting is gone but the colors are flat. When I connected the TV directly to the source via component video cables I saw a significantly better picture than when connected to this unit, but considering it's only a 22-inch kitchen TV I'm OK given the price quite happy with the results. this decision. The cable is 100 feet long and goes through the attic/walls, so expecting a perfect HD signal is probably unreasonable. Overall I'm happy with the value of this product, but if you're looking for a perfect HD signal at a considerable distance from your source, this may not be the right choice.
