Overpaid for limited compatibility even after taking the time to provide the VIN.
Don't believe the hype. And yes, I contacted support before and after the purchase with my chassis number. Year, make and model of every car I own. I was given the green light to purchase after confirming the VIN number and being compatible with both of my vehicles as per their advertised claims as their advertised functionality. Has a learning curve. Has no battery. Upon receipt and attempting to recalibrate the SAS which is a steering wheel sensor recalibration procedure. It won't work because it's incompatible. They simply blame the manufacturer for not providing support for a service that they say works before you buy it, which it doesn't.
