I bought this switch to connect to my Plugable USB 3.0 docking station to switch multiple monitors, keyboards and wireless mice between work and personal laptops. I've only had one issue getting my monitors to switch properly, but I don't know if everyone will have the same issue unless they have the same setup as me (3 monitors + laptop screen). If you're just using the switch to switch between USB devices, that's great, but if you plug a USB dock into it, you might run into problems. I emailed the seller about my problem and the seller was very responsive and very helpful. In the end it didn't do what I needed it to do BUT it does what it should do in most situations. I'm leaving a 5 star rating because of the fantastic customer service and the fact that I may have pushed the design limits with my configuration.
