A very small, unpadded, thin silicone patch that causes sweating.
These are designed for very small guns and are too narrow for me. They have a very thin silicone patch at the bottom but no padding. The stain made my hand sweat and they offered little help at first, but my elbow became sore as I continued to wear them for over an hour. I tried to fit them to me but they were too small to the elbow. I highly recommend them if you are very skinny and have elbow pain.
