installed a new circuit board in a5s and does not respond after powering it on

replacement circuit board for my printer is not working. Only the fans and the green power LED on the board came on. The control buttons do not respond and the front LED screen does not light up. It is not possible to determine whether the firmware or the source code is currently missing. No instructions in the package
