Be sure to use a 7/16 bit with a 3/8" shank for a regular 3/8". -Drill to buy if you use this one. Lever screws are best for hanging showers and towel rails, as regular drywall anchors won't work. They are very useful when the weight of the item you are placing/hanging is large enough or when you want to provide stability in a wall. However, keep in mind that if the stress is too high, these too will loosen and cause even more damage than loosening and/or removing a drywall anchor.
