The service is easy to use, very friendly for my needs (and I am not an IT person). They have been able to help me with many issues that normally would need more time/effort from our department's end users or even myself as we are used to doing things by hand without any automation - they take care of it all! Easy integration into Sharepoint via DMS 3 was especially helpful in making sure everything works together seamlessly within one toolset rather than having multiple toolsets each handling their own functions independently. We needed some software functionality moved out of what had become complicated manual processes which were taking too long when there really isn't much room left over once you've done your work. It has helped us streamline those process times while maintaining quality control measures across departments at no additional cost beyond standard contract pricing per hour billed out.
