Overall good platform with room and need improvements

The ability to create, store, search for documents across multiple locations is great! I wish it was easier to add keywords to my folders so that searching them would be more effective. There are many different ways of storing information in this program but it's not always easy or intuitive to find what you're looking for if you don't know exactly where it should go! It has been extremely helpful keeping track of all our meeting notes while at work as well as tracking important business info…

Pros
  • You could never possibly use up its memory because there isn’t one available limit; instead everything gets auto deleted once enough space opens back out again after being deleted by another user with access rights..I love using DMS

Easy to use, friendly, cost friendly, quality friendly, helpful friendly!

The service is easy to use, very friendly for my needs (and I am not an IT person). They have been able to help me with many issues that normally would need more time/effort from our department's end users or even myself as we are used to doing things by hand without any automation - they take care of it all! Easy integration into Sharepoint via DMS 3 was especially helpful in making sure everything works together seamlessly within one toolset rather than having multiple toolsets each handling…
