Worked great on my 2004 Ford F150 Super Cab! I have the standard sound option (x4 6x8 speakers) with no factory subwoofer (no steering wheel controls etc) and it worked great. It was a little confusing trying to connect this adapter to the wiring harness that came with my JVC head unit. The description of the wiring (on the Scosche packaging) doesn't say anything about the pink wire, although it was in fact on the adapter. This wire has "mute" written on the side in very small letters. The remaining 3-4 mute wires (brown) are described on the package, but pink is not included. Not too difficult a problem to solve, but it would be nice if the instructions were foolproof. In any case, I insulated the extra mute wires along with heat shrink tubing and installed the harness as if they weren't there. After installation, my head unit and all speakers worked as expected, there were no problems. Definitely recommend it!
