I'm so disappointed in this! I've read reviews that say it's highly pigmented and this is what it looks like when swatched. But when you apply it to your eyes, there is VERY little color. There is a lot of glitter but the color is very light. I've tried different primers, I've tried applying shadows with a wet brush. I've applied many, many layers but the color is still faintly visible. I use my fingers daily which has helped a bit. I could use it for a few things but I bought it so I can create amazing looks. The color is so bright that this set is now practically unusable for me. 😭 Edit: I tried again with smaller brushes and took my time. You have to put it on five to eight coats over a really good primer, but it really showed. Small brushes and a gliding motion will help. I went from one star to three stars.
