
So, I cook in the kitchen I bake a lot (homemade meals at least 5-6 times a week) and constantly need good, sturdy pans to properly cook my food in. this is the best so far! I've been using American style pans for 3.5 years and almost nothing sticks to them and when it does I overcook them and a simple 10 minute soak in water takes it all off - they peel off like a gem! I can cook cheese chips right on it and without a stick! Caramelized salmon no problem! Everything bakes great! I have NEVER had a pan warp which I have used with several other guys including Rachel Ray and Calphlon and they wound something awful. I even put some in this pan on high heat (accidentally and my husband wasn't happy!) and it hasn't warped YET, the non-stick coating hasn't come off - it's discolored but honestly I buy them for everyone showers I go to. and everyone I buy them for loves them! Buy them and you will be amazed! I have round cake pans, jelly roll pans, half pans and quarter pans. I have two baking sheets and a rectangular pan perfect for lasagna and birthday cakes!
