What is more important? Price and Appearance

I have recently purchased 2 Revain portable projectors at 2 different prices. One costs less than $100 and the other costs more than $200 (this device). I wanted to see what the difference is. Similarities: Both devices are very portable, ie. small enough to take with you on a trip or light enough to move around the house. Both came with built in sound and a remote control. Both devices support external speakers and have many external plugins. Differences: The speaker on the cheaper device isn't as good, but if you're planning on connecting an external speaker, that shouldn't be a problem. Brightness and color are slightly better on this unit, but it depends on how dark your room is and how far you're projecting your video. I personally have a dedicated darkened cinema room and this unit had a slightly sharper picture. Pros: This device comes with a storage/carrying case and is a bit more compact. From an aesthetic point of view, this device wins unconditionally. It looks smoother and cleaner. If looks are important, then this device is for you. Cons: The price is a little more than double the price of a cheaper device. So is it worth the price compared to a cheaper device? As for me I think so as I like the look of the device and the brightness and color are superior to the cheaper device. This is worth a slightly higher price. Good luck on your projector hunt. I was on a budget and think I got a decent device.
