I am using this software since last 4 years with my client. It has really helped me while working remotely. The most important thing is that it supports all platforms seamlessly. Sometimes some minor changes are needed in order to run smoothly but nothing major. Since we need remote access to our clients, it's a very handy tool which helps us work from home without any hassle. We also have multiple softwares as well, so now when a call comes up, it doesn't matter where I am located, I can get into the conversation right away.
