I was excited to try this type of mouthguard and whiten my teeth! Unfortunately it arrived in unprotected packaging (ziplock sandwich bag) and the teeth whitening products were either stolen or not. included at all! I started by going to the long webpage listed on the ziplock bag it came in and then he wanted me to enter my email address and name. Spring. I guess I'll just follow the directions. Unfortunately, they're pretty hard to track, sometimes they're incoherent, so my first guard ended up getting destroyed. The second came out a little better but it didn't feel right and was clearly misshapen or maybe not big enough so I tried again, this time it started falling apart like the other reviewer did! It ends up being a $0.10 piece of poorly formed plastic with some poorly translated papers in a sandwich bag. I really hope I get my money back!
