Will not fit 2000 Toyota RAV4

Ordered based on description that they will fit 2000 Toyota RAV4 but WILL NOT FIT. The screw configuration should have required drilling into the metal to attach the top screw and there was no part of the car to attach the bottom screw mount/mounting point. They are not suitable for 2000 Toyota RAV4 Base.
