Direct OEM match. The only downside is that there is no tape to keep the filter straight. As these filters are mounted vertically in my Audi Q7 it is very difficult for me to reassemble the filter housing if the filter is loose and will not stay rigid. The plastic on the intake manifolds is flimsy and many components have to be removed just to change the air filters. My car requires two of these filters due to the dual air intake design. If these filters had a piece of tape that would hold the filter tighter it would be extremely useful for vehicles that require vertically mounted filters.
