Review on PanSpark LMS by Alan Massey

It has been very helpful in keeping track of all our laundry services for both employees as well customers who use these programs to wash their clothes at home or get them washed by us! I like how it is set up so you can have different groups within each department which we are able keep separate from one another when needed (ie customer service vs housekeeping). The only thing i do dislike about this program was not being notified sometimes if there were any problems/issues during my shift but now they've improved upon notifications because people need answers ASAP!! So far everything's working great though - no issues yet. Keep an eye out after hours since some things aren't always noticed until then either way its good that alerts go off eventually :) We're hoping more staff will start using pan sparks once fully implemented into other departments throughout campus too ;).
