Terrible odor in my review

I purchased this chair for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift. Once the package arrived, and it was opened, there was an overwhelming chemical smell. The smell was so pungent, and after airing it out for three days the smell has not dissipated. I can’t believe they’re selling this product for children and infants with that overwhelming chemical smell. I called the manufacture of the company and they said yes it does have a chemical smell. I am definitely returning this product. I will not buy anything from this company again.
