This is the second lip balm I have bought from Viking Revolution and I am very happy with the product! Not only does it have a great consistency, it's smooth and easy to apply, just like the first one I bought. Having loved the texture of the balm the first time but was disappointed with the lack of fragrance, I am very pleased with the scent and how long it lasts with this balm. To make things even better, Viking Revolution takes pride in their products. They contacted me about this and I told them how disappointed I was with the smell of the previous purchase but loved the consistency of the balm and ease of use and hoped this scent would be stronger and last longer. I didn't ask for a refund but they took the initiative to refund my last purchase because I wasn't 100% satisfied! I don't know many companies that do this! Viking Revolution just made me a loyal customer because they care about their customers and products! This is by far the best beard balm I have ever used! I look forward to trying more Viking Revolution products!
